By accessing the Culinary Scales website, booking our seafood cooking classes, or utilizing our recipe guides, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or materials.

Our primary goal is to guide you in Mastering Seafood Flavors. These terms ensure a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment for all participants who wish to elevate their kitchen skills.

Reservations for our interactive fish and seafood classes must be made in advance. To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are strictly non-refundable, as fresh seafood ingredients are procured specifically for your station.
• If Culinary Scales needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

All recipes, cooking guides, photographs, and instructional videos provided by Culinary Scales are protected by copyright. They are intended for your personal, non-commercial use so you can Taste the Art of the Sea in your own home.

You may not republish, sell, or distribute our proprietary seafood recipes or class materials without explicit written permission from our culinary team.

Safety is paramount in any professional kitchen environment. Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by our instructors, especially regarding knife skills, kitchen hygiene, and the handling of raw fish or shellfish.

Culinary Scales reserves the right to remove any participant from a class if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without the provision of a refund. We want everyone to Cook with Confidence. in a supportive and professional setting.

We continually refine our curriculum to offer the best instruction in seafood preparation. Culinary Scales reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or specific recipe menus without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the newly revised terms.
